Information we collect

The website does not use an online appointment form. When you choose to call or text, your phone provider and C.O.G. Plumbing may process your contact information, service details, address, availability, and coupon selection. The estimator may process your issue description, ZIP code, and an optional photo.

Estimator photos and AI processing

Optional photos are processed to prepare the requested planning estimate and are not saved by C.O.G. Plumbing. Do not upload faces, identification, documents, or other sensitive information. Estimator inputs may be processed by an AI service provider solely to generate the result.

How we use information

We use information you provide to respond, coordinate service, provide estimates, maintain business records, and improve customer service. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and text messages

When you call or send a text, C.O.G. Plumbing may respond about your service request. Message and data rates may apply. You may stop text communication at any time by replying STOP.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain service information only as needed for business, legal, safety, and customer-service purposes.
